# 04. Enrichment data

Dựa trên Dữ liệu lớn của Alita, chúng tôi sẽ làm phong phú các trường dữ liệu từ CRM của bạn để giúp bạn tạo nhiều phân khúc tiếp thị, bao gồm cả nhân khẩu học và sở thích hành vi.

 Bạn upload số điện thoại lên hệ thống Alita, nó sẽ cung cấp nhiều trường dữ liệu như: giới tính, mối quan hệ, địa điểm, sở thích

**CÁCH LÀM GIÀU DỮ LIỆU:** 

**Bước 1:** Vào **Your Customer Data**, chọn <mark style="background-color:green;">**Enrichment Data**</mark>

Click <mark style="background-color:green;">**Download files template**</mark>, để xem file CSV mẫu

**Bước 2:** Upload file lên hệ thống, sau đó đặt tên cho Audience >> Bấm <mark style="background-color:green;">**SUMIT**</mark>

**Bước 3:** Xem kết quả tại mục <mark style="background-color:green;">**Request Audience**</mark>
