# 03. Import facebook URL

Nếu tại **Social Audience**, bạn không tìm thấy tập khách hàng mong muốn.

Hãy cung cấp cho chúng tôi link URL của fanpage/group/profile/post mà bạn muốn lấy  dữ liệu.

\>> Hệ thống sẽ xử lý và trả cho bạn Profile tập khách hàng sau 4 - 8 tiếng.

Khi cung cấp link URL, cần lưu ý:

**CÁCH IMPORT FACEBOOK URL:**&#x20;

**Bước 1:** Click nút **Import Audience via URL**

**Bước 2:** Nhập link URL vào ô **Enter your facebook link,** rồi click biểu tượng 🔍 như hình:

**Bước 3:** Nếu hiện Social ID thì bạn đã import thành công >> Click **Get data**

*\*\*TH không hiện Social ID, hãy click vào biểu tượng 🔍 một lần nữa.*

Xem Link URL đã import tại mục **Request Audiences:**

* Processing: Hệ thống đang xử lý data

* Completed: Data đã có trên hệ thống

* Thời gian xử lý dữ liệu tùy thuộc vào nền tảng Facebook và lượng người dùng của hệ thống, với một số **Group riêng tư sẽ mất nhiều thời gian hơn**.&#x20;
